Key Areas of Responsibility:
1. To maintain excellent customer relationship, provide customer satisfaction par
excellence and ensure that standards for safety and hygiene are met
2. To retain the existing client base & work towards getting new ones.
3. To adhere to standard operating procedures of the company but at the same
time ensure satisfaction of internal & external customers.
4. To know & understand the team’s need & help them grow in the company.
5. To motivate the team and ensure that discipline and decorum is followed.
Train and review performance and discuss areas of improvement at regular
intervals to enhance productivity and ensure conversions.
6. To ensure that proper requisitions for consumables are placed on time and
ensure proper storage so that they are readily available for sales and
consumption without any loss
7. To manage in-clinic Visual Merchandising as per the plan
8. To be aware of market trends and competition- offers, plans etc to be able to
compete effectively in the local market
