ADM Responsibility:

· Recruit, build, maintain and motivate the agents/Advisor.

· Achieve sales target in his/ her assigned territory.

· Continuously review Agency Sales Force performance and their productivity.

· Ensure Adherence to defined sales profile.

Eligibility:

· Presently working

· Age should not be more than 32yrs

· Should have minimum 1 yr of experience in each job.

· Minimum Graduate
