To handle the Front Desk and Cash Management of the salon by providing customer
focused professional services in the areas of:
1) Service Etiquette i.e. being the first and last point of contact of the customer
2) Handling all customer queries: products, services etc.
• Cash management related activities
1) Record Keeping: Sales, Service Slips etc.
2) Tracking and Promoting Sales generated through Sales Promotion and Trade marketing
3) Implementation of SOPs in areas of work.
4) Customer Service Management
5) Up selling of Products and Services [at the counter and in the salon].
1) Ensure adherence to Internal Service Standards and SOPs.
2) Provide consistent, accurate and high quality customer service in the salon.
3) Welcome and greet the clients, understand their needs, recommend service and product, so as
to ensure continuous and consistent customer satisfaction.
4) Create positive environment to foster team performance
5) Maintain updated sales/ billing/ banking records at all times.
6) Continuously update oneself with trends, competition data and new product and service
